Domestic Court with jurisdiction over recognition and enforcement of foreign award According to Article 327-46 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the President of the Commercial Court where the assets are located.
In practice, based on Moroccan case law, the competent authorities are the President of the Commercial Court where the assets are located (for commercial matters), the President of the First Instance Court where the assets are located (for civil matters) or the Administrative Court of Rabat (for awards rendered against the State and public law entities).
