This autumn Minsk will host the annual Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum (EEDRF) for the 4th time. Lawyers from all over the world will unite for a few days in order to discuss key topics related to dispute resolution in international commercial arbitration and state courts.
This year the main topic of discussion will be “Procedural issues in International Arbitration and State Courts” and it will be discussed:
- the role of arbitrators and parties in the conduct of an efficient dispute resolution process
- what can happen in the early stages of arbitration
- what is going on behind the scenes of the proceedings
- selected issues of post-award life
