Executive Order No. 117 of 7 March 1973 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards and on International Commercial Arbitration. On 10 February 1976, Demark declared that the New York Convention shall also apply to Greenland and the Faroe Islands (part of the Danish commonwealth). |
