Domestic Court with jurisdiction over recognition and enforcement of foreign award |
The competent Court for recognition is the Civil and Criminal Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of the Autonomous Community where the party against whom recognition is sought, or the person to whom the award or decision applies to, has his place of business or residence; and subsidiarily, the territorial competence of the Court will be determined by the place of enforcement of such award or decision or where the award or decision will carry legal consequences.
