Act of Ratification (Official Gazette of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, International Treaties, No. 11/8 of 9 October 1981). On 25 June 1991, the Republic of Slovenia succeeded to the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia’s rights and obligations under international treaties by the Constitutional Act Implementing the Basic Constitutional Charter on the Independence and Sovereignty of the Republic of Slovenia (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 1/1991-I of 25 June 1991) and notified its succession by Act Notifying the Succession of the Conventions of the United Nations Organization and the Conventions Adopted by the International Atomic Energy Agency (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 9/92 of 17 July 1992). |
