Reservations |
The Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia has made a reciprocity reservation and a commercial reservation. It has also made a reservation with regards to the retroactive application of the Convention. However, these reservations de facto became irrelevant after the adoption of the 2006 Arbitration Act. |

Act of Ratification (Official Journal of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, International Treaties, No. 11/81 of 9 October 1981). On 8 March 2001, the Government of Serbia sent a notification of succession to the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, which was received on 12 March 2001. |
