The request for recognition and/or enforcement may be made before the tribunal of the district in which the person against whom recognition and enforcement of the award is sought has its domicile or headquarters. If this tribunal cannot be determined, the tribunal with jurisdiction over the recognition and enforcement of the award shall be the Bucharest Tribunal. |
