Court of First Instance of the seat of the Court of Appeal in the jurisdiction of which the person against whom the enforcement is requested has his domicile or, in the absence of a domicile, his usual place of residence or, where applicable, its registered office or, failing this, its place of business or branch office. If that person is neither domiciled in, or a resident of, Belgium, nor has its registered office, place of business or branch office in Belgium, the application is made to the Court of First Instance of the seat of the Court of Appeal in the jurisdiction of which the award is to be enforced.
