New State Party to the New York Convention: Papua New Guinea
Papua New Guinea (PNG) has become the 160th State party to the 1958 Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards, or the New York Convention, having deposited its instrument of accession on 17 July 2019. The New York Convention will enter into force for PNG on 15 October 2019.
